Mr Horne is also a co-founder or founder and early-stage investor in businesses comprising start-ups and product ventures together with developed businesses across various industries and sectors.
Mr Horne has previously served as a Committee Member or Chairman of business clubs and sporting clubs.
Mr Horne has qualifications in finance, investments and project management.

Rodger Johnston was re-appointed a Director of Growth Capital Group Limited [then Medivac Limited (Subject to DOCA)] on 15 May 2018 and subsequently elected at a General Meeting of Growth Capital Group Limited [then Medivac Limited (Subject to DOCA)] on 30 July 2020.
Mr Johnston commenced his career in the insolvency sector and is presently the Managing Director of a Singapore based capital markets consultancy firm focused on ASEAN based growth and start-up businesses, primarily in the technology sector. Current clients are based in Malaysia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Australia and Singapore.
Mr Johnston has lived in South-East Asia since 2008 and has previously been based in Sydney, Melbourne, Hong Kong and Singapore and has over 30 years of experience on listed micro-cap boards, mainly on the ASX, having been Chairman of three listed ASX companies and a non-executive director of the People's Merchant Bank listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange.
Mr Johnston has previously served as the Victorian President of the Australian Small Business Association.
Mr Johnston has qualifications in economics.

Mr Richards has over 40 years of experience as a qualified practising accountant for a wide range of business and personal clients.
He has worked with ASX listed and private family companies across many industries, including companies in retail, wholesale, manufacturing, mining and technology together with charities and schools.
Mr Richards has previously served as Vice President and Treasurer of the Retail Traders Association (NSW), a Board Member and Treasurer of The Scots College (Sydney) Council, and a Committee Member of the Mayday Hills Art Society in Beechworth Victoria.
He is presently the Managing Director of a private company.
Mr Richards has qualifications in commerce, accounting and business management.
Bob resides in Bowral NSW Australia.
