Please note that our internal change of the registration of holding entity of the domain name with the .au Domain Administration (auDA) administrator continues to experience delays. Consequentially, some unplanned email account(s) errors may impact any email communication. As an interim position, we have removed the Contacts page from the website. The timing of the transfer is beyond our direct control. We will continue to manage the transfer with our domain registration service provider to finalise this transfer process with .au Domain Administration (auDA). 

 

Corporate Activities:

 

Growth Capital Group has continued to progress closing the previously announced transaction with the vendor counter party.

 

We have experienced some administrative delays in terms of the various respective transfer(s) of associated registrations of the acquired business IP comprising relevant branding & name registrations - including separate delays in the transfer of the domain registration with .au Domain Administration (auDA). 

 

The previously referred to similar styled transaction continues to progress through the preliminary discussion stage, including the next stage due diligence review process, presently being undertaken. 

 

We are actively working towards being in the position to provide a meaningful company update to shareholders specific to each of these separate transactions.
